An ambitious sustainable mobility plan
This distinction follows the adoption, in March 2024, of the Sustainable mobility plan for the municipal administration.
This aims to reduce the home-work of staff, as well as professional travel, by motorized individual transport within three to five years and to reach Zero direct CO2 emission Associated with these trips by 2030. It is based on two axes:
- move lessby encouraging telework, remote meetings and optimization of professional trips;
- move betterby promoting travel, cycling or public transport, while limiting infrastructure dedicated to motorized vehicles.
Concrete measures to support change
The City supports its collaborators thanks to incentive measures, such as: in particular:
- an annual contribution for travel or cycling;
- a reduction on public transport subscriptions;
- Infrastructures suitable for active mobility (secure bicycle stations, headsets offered, etc.).
