Eligibility
The competition is open to all students enrolled in a full-time or evening programme leading to or equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or Master’s in law (LL.M.). Students who have participated in the previous edition of the competition are not eligible to participate again.

- Call for registration and release of moot problem: 30 May 2025
- Deadline for registration: 30 June 2025
- Deadline for submission of memorials: 15 July 2025
- National Rounds: 29–30 August 2025
This year’s moot problem invites students to explore the intricacies of IHL in the context of contemporary IHL issues. See the Moot Problem here.
The winning team (one team) from the national rounds will qualify for the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition (Asia-Pacific round) to be held in Hong Kong. Prizes will be awarded for the Best Advocate and Best Memorial as well. Each participant in the Moot Court Competition will receive a general certificate of participation.
